About Westmont Alumni Bookclub
Westmont Alumni Book Club is an online community allows alums worldwide to connect with each other and read and discuss books. You’ll enjoy works related to lifelong learning, social issues, literature, psychology and other topics our members recommend. Participate free of charge—just sign up, get a copy of the book, start reading and join the discussion. We’re inviting Westmont faculty and staff to join as well.
How it works:
The book club operates through a private, online forum where people can discuss the current book and network with each other. We’ll spend two months on each book, so you’ll have plenty of time to read. PBC Guru, which manages professional book clubs for companies and alumni associations, will moderate the group to help make the program a great experience for all participants. Please email them at info@pbc.guru with any questions or visit their website to learn more about them.
Three reasons you'll enjoy our book club:
- You’ll read some good books.
- You’ll connect with fellow alums, faculty and staff and share your thoughts, insights and lessons learned
- You’ll become part of a lifelong learning community
