Some classes will be open to visiting alumni. Times and locations will be posted HERE, and printouts will be available upon arrival at the welcome table on Friday.

8:00 am - 3:00 pm Welcome Table, Homecoming Check-In

Let us know you've arrived! Pick up your Homecoming name tag, and check the list of open classes, event schedule, and class reunion updates.

8:00 a.m. - 7:00 pm Yearbooks and Catching Up: '50s, '60s, '70s, 80's.  All are welcome!
Hieronymus Lounge, Kerrwood Hall
Yearbooks from the 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s will be available to peruse, and Hieronymus will be open to all alumni throughout the day. Pick a time with classmates to meet up; this is a great starting point to make plans together for the weekend.

Our campus pastor, Dr. Scott Lisea '88 will be speaking at Chapel. More specifics TBD.

Alumni are invited to meet Kelley Funk, Assistant Director of Campus Life for Ministry & Outreach. Kelley will provide updates on the excellent work and impact being made by Westmont students around the globe. 

2:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. Dr. Gayle D. Beebe - Leadership and the Liberal Arts
Global Leadership Center
President Gayle D. Beebe will be sharing about his recent book "Leadership and the Liberal Arts: An Education to Last A Lifetime." Dr. Beebe collaborated with 13 current and former faculty and administrators from Westmont on this special work. All guests will receive a complimentary book. 

3:15-4:15 p.m. Steve Davis - Estate Planning Workshop

This seminar explores prudent ways to give that can diminish one's tax burden or provide lifetime income for the donor and family.

3:30-5:00 p.m. Celebration of Summer Research
Winter Hall 3rd Floor Atrium
Come explore what our students have been up to. This is a hallmark event that showcases projects of over 30 students from many disciplines working on cutting edge research from a variety of departments in the natural and behavioral sciences. Some of these students co-authored scholarly papers with their faculty to advance and make significant contributions to research in their disciplines.

3:15-4:30 p.m. Choir Rehearsal (Choir Alumni invited)

This event is pending* All Choir Alumni are invited to join our Choir at their rehearsal. This is a great opportunity to sing and get to know some of our current students, led by Dr. Daniel Gee '13, Assistant Professor of Music and Director of Choral Activities.

This event is pending* Stop by and reconnect with fellow education alumni and current education professors and staff.

4:00-5:00 p.m. Alumni-Student Networking Dessert
Kerr Student Center Lounge (Above the Dining Commons)
Please stop by to talk with some current students! Share your career journey, hear about their plans, and provide input and advice. Dessert is provided by the Career Resource Center. Please let us know if you will be attending with an RSVP on the Homecoming registration form. 

6:00-7:00 p.m. Sunset Sips & Snacks (Sunset at 6:21 pm)
Biltmore Wall (Across the street from the Biltmore Hotel above Butterfly Beach)
Mix and mingle with fellow alumni while watching the sun go down. Drinks and snacks are provided by the Alumni Office.

8:00 - 10:00 p.m. Stargazing
Observatory
Come view the stars and planets through Westmont's powerful Keck Telescope with Dr. Ken Kihlstrom, Professor Emeritus of Physics. Children are welcome. If it's cloudy and the weather doesn't cooperate you can still get a tour of the new observatory.

East Beach
Alumni are encouraged to join the Sand Castle Contest at East Beach. Feel free to bring your own supplies or borrow tools that we will have on site. Prizes will be rewarded to the top three teams. RSVP on the Homecoming Registration Form. 

9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Alumni Award Brunch ($40 per guest)
Global Leadership Center
Ticket cost $40. Check in starts at 9:30, and the program will begin at 10:00 am. The Awards Brunch is a great time to hear about some of the wonderful achievements of our alumni. Seating is limited, so advance registration is required through the Homecoming registration form. Due to food order requirements, brunch tickets cannot be purchased on-site.  Awardees TBD.

10:00 - 12:00 p.m. Alumni Mixed Doubles Tennis Tournament
Abbot Tennis Courts
Alumni, you are invited to join a mixed doubles Tennis Tournament at the Abbot Tennis Courts. Email Coach Chris Elwood if you'd like to participate celwood@westmont.edu Drop in's are also welcomed. Current players will be matched with participants in this fun event. There is no cost and refreshments will be provided. 

10:00 - 11:00 a.m. Campus Tour for Prospective Students

Alumni, if you have a high schooler who is exploring colleges, HERE is the link to sign up for a campus tour. 2025 applicants can receive $1,000 in additional aid for coming for an official admissions visit to campus! Schedule your visit with our admissions team now.

Head to Russell Car Field to watch our current baseball team take on our Alumni Baseball squad.

Come gather and reconnect with fellow alumni in front of the gym. FREE lunch to the first 200 alumni and their families. FREE Rori's Ice cream to the first 200 Alumni and their families. We also hope to have a Caricature Artist and BINGO with prizes.

12:30-3:30 p.m. Kids Fair 
In front of Murchison Gym
Bring the kiddos for carnival games with prizes, an Inflatable slide, a climbing wall, face painting, popcorn, and cotton candy. Please stay to supervise. FREE EVENT.

12:30-6:00 p.m. Westmont Classic Golf Tournament
Sand Piper Golf Course
Sign up for a foursome in the 15th annual Westmont Classic Golf Tournament. This fun event raises money for student scholarships. Enjoy lots of fun challenges and buy string if you need it. Stay for the raffle for a chance to win fun prizes. Register on the Homecoming Registration form or the Westmont Golf Classic site. Sponsorship opportunities available. 

2:00-3:30 p.m. Men's Basketball Scrimmage
Murchison Gym
Cheer on our Westmont Warrior Basketball team as they scrimmage (TBD) in Murchison Gym. 

3:00-4:00 p.m. Golden Warrior Society Tea
Hieronymous Lounge
We invite all of our alumni who have celebrated their Golden Warrior milestone to congregate in Hironymous lounge for cookies and Tea. Special invitation to the classes of 1971, 1966, and 1961. We are thankful for you and look to celebrate you in this drop in social time.

Take in a local church service before heading home.
