Hello! I’m Dianthe Hoffman, Pediatric nursing instructor at Westmont College. I have over 26 years nursing experience in a wide variety of settings – NICU, Pediatrics, Postpartum, M/S and public health. I have enjoyed all of my various roles, but in 2014 I felt the calling to transition into the role of nurse educator. As an educator I am committed to facilitating in the success of our newest nurses. As a lifelong learner, I completed my DNP in 2021. My area of interest is in teaching evidence-based skills to nursing students to cope with stress in order to provide the best care to patients. I am excited to be a part of the Westmont team!

“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen.” - 1 Peter 4:10-11
