Manager's Toolkit Evaluating Candidates

The hiring manager should gather feedback from all who have interviewed as soon as possible following the interview.

The resulting notes will often be the only recollection of a candidate, especially if several people are interviewed. Your notes should be written in such a way that should we be legally challenged, we could show that our process and decisions were based upon legal practices. After the recruit is complete, all copies of applications, resumes and cover letters should be returned to Human Resources or shredded.
