Counseling and Psychological Services Workshops

COVID-19 Update - Workshops will now be available for students to drop-in (you do not need to be a client at CAPS). For the time being, all will be offered virtually. More details and dates to come.

CAPS provides workshops on varying topics, including anxiety, stress, depression, grief, body image, and disordered eating concerns. For current topics, please see below. Workshops are simply a space to learn ways to manage specific concerns, and each are led by a licensed mental health professional. If you are interested in a particular topic that is not listed in the current groups below, please let the director know at ernelson@westmont.edu.

If you are interested in attending a workshop, follow the link below and complete the online "Workshop Sign-up Form." You must be on Westmont Wifi to access the form. After we receive your sign-up, a staff member will be in contact with you.
